Just a quick post to share my experience using the Fusion 5 Windows tablet to connect to Second Life.

I bought the version with 4gb ram, which is still inexpensive compared to the Surface and Samsung Windows tablets at under $200 us. It's also smaller at 10 inches which I like as I use it while traveling.

I'm using Fire Storm as my primary viewer, with very low settings obviously. But with crappy hotel Wi-Fi I get between 5-15 fps. Frame rates plummet in demanding situations, such as clubbing, but I can control that a bit thanks to Jelly Doll settings in FS.

The Fusion's mic is terrible, and the system is strained as it is, so I don't use voice with it.

I use the external USB keyboard/cover. It's not great, but it works. Mostly. The keyboard has a touchpad, and there doesn't seem to be any way to turn it off or even adjust the sensitivity. It causes your cursor to jump while typing, ruining a line of text. That is my biggest complaint about the set up.

At home, I use it as a second system to stream music for my budding DJ career. It runs Rocket Broadcaster like a boss.
