Question

I'm so confused what happened,

but someone hacked my account and buy L$ and didn't use it (I don't know why)

that person changed three times with  2500L$, 5000L$, 10000L$

so I want to get refund about this Because there's a lot of damage to reselling it.

I know this is not that great money for someone but not for me

so it will be appreciate if someone tell me how to refund.

The important part below

Here's what to do:

  1. Go to the Second Life Help page and log in if you can. If you can't access your account, use the Forgot your login information? link on the right to recover your username and reset your password. Then log in.
  2. On the Second Life Help page page, click Submit a a Support Case.
  3. Under Issue Type, select Account Issue. A second dropdown appears.
  4. Under Account Issue, select Account Compromised.
  5. Fill in the rest of the fields as directed.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Check your email for your case number.
  8. Call our fraud number: 800-860-6990.

Once you do this, Linden Lab will place your account on hold and investigate the relevant transactions. This may take a few days. Once we have concluded the investigation, we'll send you an email explaining our conclusion and the action we will take. Note that all transactions involving Linden dollars are subject to Linden Lab's Terms of Service.

it puzzles me that the money isn't taken out ..

Seeing the amounts, could it be possible you had a old (or older) limit buy order open that you forgot? .. The LindeX fluctuated a bit recently, and perhaps a limit you set got in reach of the sellers?
Just a thought, and your account security comes first!

Alwin has a very good point!

If you ever placed a Limit Buy order for $L, it will stay open until 1) the exchange rate reaches the rate you offered to buy at, and 2) all previous outstanding orders at that rate get filled.  Also, when your order is filled, it often does not happen all at once, but in smaller batches.

Check to see if you had any open orders, or recently filled orders, by going to the LindeX section of your Dashboard page.  Click Manage, then LindeX Order History.

It may be that your account was not "hacked" at all!

I'd advise difficult passwords in the future and/or be careful of what links you click on.

Side note -- nobody here can actually do anything.  We are all Residents like you.

What does your account history say?   Or are you just seeing ???? where it shows your balance on the viewer?  What amount shows on your dashboard?

Also, you can check your account transactions to see where the money went if in fact it went anywhere.
