You can be ejected and/or banned from any parcel for any reason or for no reason at all.

Without naming names what do you mean by paying? What type of payment was it?

Hello brosssf. Really we can't guess why you get rejected from the region when we don't know more details. You can edit your post or to add comments if you wish.

Try to contact the estate owner or a manager and ask them about. If you can't find someone or they don't want to reply, find another region, there are unlimited.

You can get banned with a mouse click for any reason the sim owner or manager wants to ban you over. Your only recourse is the managers of the sim you got banned from. Contact them. I recommend trying a polite reasonable tone when doing so. It seems to work better.
