Current land holdings shows incorrect amount

I own one property. I had three and sold two. My one current property is 4096m and I have deeded it to my group. No member of the group other than me has owned any land. However, when I click "show owned land" it says my current land holdings amount is 5586m. Where is the extra 1,590m coming from? (The two sold properties were 1024m and 2048m.)

I figured it out. I had contributed 5586 in the group contribution. I changed it to 4096 and now it makes sense.

Tier contributions to a group can be very confusing, because what you donate and what the group actually gets out of it are different.  Group-owned mainland gets a 10% bonus factor.

So, if you donate 4096 sq m. of tier to your group, the group's "available" land will show as 4096 x 1.10 = 4,496 (rounding to account for the fact that land comes in 16 sq. m. chunks).
