At the top of each page on these forums you'll see "Help".  Click that and you'll be taken to the main Help page.  Near the middle of the page on the right hand side you'll see a link named "Support History"........click it an you'll get a dialog telling you what help is available along with links to get the process going.  You'll probably want to go to "Live Help" first.

As a premium member you can use live chat or post a trouble ticket both of which you find under "help" on your dashboard

If you read the TOS you will see that you agreed to a "contract" that pretty much says that they can do whatever they want and tough cheese.

 

They phrased it nicer than that, of course, but that is pretty much the gist of it.
