ISO: Land with  Sailable water to a waterway AND next to a Linden highway

...is there such thing? Please reply if you have such a parcel for sale and what price :)...Thanks ❤️

i think the fastest way to find this kind of land is to open the map and travel to the yellow parcelc at the desired locations
OR/AND
... look for abandoned land that meets your requirements and send a ticket to support to request sale to you (most likely the most friendly for your wallet too)

Yes I've been doing that today *nods* I'm  not entirely sure of how many roads there are by Lindens, still looking

Many coastal houses in Bellesaria have both. I had to build a track and cradle arrangement to allow me to launch a boat from the shore, though; no docking space.  The Bellesaria houseboats have dockage but no road connection.

You can certainly find both on mainland, although such property tends to be expensive.

To be fair it is still very difficult to get a Linden Home (although the trailers seem to be going more slowly) and you have no "choice" about where you land other than trying again until you get a great parcel. Still, the best deal in town. No argument there.
