Yes - Blake Sea plots are pricey. I believe this one is now cheaper than most if not all water land on Blake Sea.

If you want a portion of it, let me know - though 90% of the value comes from it being protected Blake Sea so a smaller cut would mostly be about tier rather than reducing the cost by much.
