Very Slow Loading

For about the last week, loading has been very slow for me, much slower than before, even for content that I know must be cached.

Are others experiencing this?

Lots of blurry textures and textures continually reloading for me.  I do a lot of "refresh texture" right clicking when I am taking photos this last week or so. Maybe a "cloud" thing that we apparently aren't supposed to notice?  My FPS are good and improved.   Also the world loads slower for me with bits and pieces coming in hodgepodge like in the olden days.  Before things loaded much faster and all at once. Now my body comes in and clothes hang in the air -- even on my own sim with (currently) 70fps.  

 

So likely not YOU or your software or settings. Hopefully things will straighten out.
