Need help figuring why I cannot purchase L's when getting this message: "There was a problem charging your payment method"

Question

I have not been on SL for about six months and now got back into it and tried purchasing L's in every way possible, yet I keep getting this message:

There was a problem charging your payment method.

Why am I getting this if I have no outstanding balances at all, my account is up to date with my card and information, it is not near expiration date and I know it's not a bank issue, and my bank account is definitely not in the red? My account is not banned, frozen, ETC on SL, and to clear it up, I even went on Marketplace to purchase L's...both instant pay, and the 20 minute waiting one which is cheaper. I even tried entering my PayPal account and still I get the message that SL had trouble with that account as well which both are tied into my Visa card. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it!

Has the card expired, maybe?  Your best bet is to call LL Billing in the morning...800-294-1067 or 703-286-6277.  You may need to call your credit card company too.
