Are you easily distracted by netflix, youtube, facebook, buzzfeed, ect? Then have I got a deal for you! For the low low price of your time, you could be my new best friend! I spend 99% of my time in sl, standing on my platform wishing I had friends, but not actually wanting to go out to clubs to ride the struggle bus of finding new people. I am shallow. I may not find your avatar attractive, but if you aren't low quality then I don't have an issue being seen with you. No flexi hair, no flexi clothes, no bling, stop the t-rex arm trend. I like taking pictures. I hate editing them, so I don't do it often. I am lazy. I am lazy. I enjoy standing on my platform not doing anything because sometimes walking around and looking for RP takes effort and I don't feel like it. I am child avi friendly, I have one of my own I play sometimes. We can be friends there too. I am family community friendly. I am not looking for a FWB. This is strictly platonic with a possibility of dirty pictures from time to time - there will be no dick involved in said pictures as I am too lazy to make it match. At least that is the excuse I use. Not only is it not lazy, it takes great skill to do this well. Anyone can slop a filter onto a picture, a-la-Intsagram. Filters and heavy post-processing only makes a not-good picture look better by hiding the bad parts. If I do any post-processing it's almost always limited to adding a subtle vignette and nothing more. I use three to four photo editors to make a lot of my photos but, then again, I am very much into surrealism plus I make up my own photo effects. Below is a picture using my own original photo effects I made up. The photo actually has a lot more shimmer to it...clicking on it may show some of it. SL's photo thingy here cannot show the photos like Flickr does. I often like to "paint" my photographs with all my photo editors. And, I like to do what I call "Dreamscapes". The colors in the 2nd photo are NOT the original colors and my avi does not have a blue skin on...I painted it or used my own made up photo effects. And, you might think, that is boring must take weeks, no...it takes me about a half an hour to do my thing to whatever photographic I may want to change. I love all kinds of photography. But, I had the alteration planned as a fore-thought not an after-thought because I have to add certain lighting into the photo itself to do my photo technique. So, it was a whole process at once. But, it is still considered a photograph in many circles. Altered artwork, a lot of people do not understand what that is. Edit: Oh something else I'd like to share...photography means to write with light. So, that is what I do with a lot of my photos. Literally try to write with light. It was something I wanted to explore myself with my own techniques I made up...to write with light. Actually, the legal term is Photographic Illustration, though a screen capture is not a photograph, but that's splitting hairs. We do these when we have a specific look in mind, which is why it is (in legal terms) an illustration, because it's not the "natural, original" occurrence, etc. blah, blah.
