Something like this would need to be mesh, so we need to know what gender your avatar is, and what body you have? Classic (like a starter avatar)? Or have you bought a mesh body? If so, which one? (Kemono is the most usual one for furries).

If you want to make your own textures, you need to look for full-perm mesh templates; these include texture maps and sample textures to use as a guide for making your own. I just had a quick look on the Marketplace and, if your avatar is female and using a Classic body, there's this: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Annis-Full-perm-mesh-turtleneck-sweatermesh-sweater/4366242 This one is L$100 but most full perm mesh will be a lot more than that.

If you are adventurous with texturing, you might find a cheaper one that's not full-perm but is still modifyable; in this case you could try to make your own texture for it, though you won't have any maps for it in this case. It's doable though, with some experimentation.
