Go to your Dashboard page on this site, and check Account Summary. Does your L$ balance show a positive number, and is it sufficient to buy whatever you are trying to buy? If it is L$ 0, and you don't think it should be, go to Account > L$ Transaction History to see what money came in and went out. If something there looks odd, get back to us with the details.
