Lindens and Shop

Question

I bought Lindens and I received them however, when I try to buy something in shop it says that my balance is 0. What do I do??? I've logged in and out and cleared my cache and nothing is working!

Hi @fIabs

Where are you shopping?  On the Marketplace, here on the website?  Or at a store in world?

First, check your balance.  Go to your Dashboard page on this site, and check Account Summary.  Does your L$ balance show a positive number, and is it sufficient to buy whatever you are trying to buy?

If it is L$ 0, and you don't think it should be, go to Account > L$ Transaction History to see what money came in and went out.  If something there looks odd, get back to us with the details.

Problem solved!  Just a matter of right clicking instead of left clicking the vendor.

Sometimes those darn things just have too many options!
