I love Sovkovo, it's really well done. What they did was take Latin letters that look like Russian letters and so that's why you see it appear as "Cobkobo" -- it's a kind of spoof. (I'm a Russian translator). The way it would normally be transliterated from the Cyrillic is "Sovkovo" as I've written it.

It's a mythical place but named in such a way that any Russian could understand the reference is to "Sovok," which is the term used to describe people with Soviet mentality. It's hard to convey, but the idea is something like a "yahoo" or a "rube" or someone who is backward, admiring of the Soviet past despite its oppression. This installation in SL has a lot of little features like a Soviet/Russian provincial town, they really did a great job.
