Need Help and Advice - Land Rental

I rented a piece of land but it's too small.  My house is approx. 22 x 17.1 m.  

I rented a parcel with 500 prims for 1,675 a month.  

The parcel is just too small to not feel boxed in like I'm in a skybox.  

I wanted a bit of space for trees and a garden.  

Any idea what size land parcel might fit my budget or close to the above price?

I don't think I can go much over the price of 1700 lindens a month at this time.  Maybe 2000 but that's about it.  General is okay too but I want to look at nature not a lot of strange builds around me.

Why aren't these plots at least made with some privacy - fences or Anna Erotica's 1 prim Pine Trees for some examples?  Anna Erotica's Pine trees are 6 trees in 1 prim for 1 linden.  I used them before and they make an amazing 3D privacy area.  I don't want 2D privacy screens either.
