When a texture doesn't load fully..

This isn't a creating question as such, as it's to do with an item I bought, but I figured this is the most likely place to find a solution (pic below). Things I've already tried:

• Detaching and reattaching the dress.
• Logging out and back in.
• Wearing the dress in different regions.
• Rezzing a new copy.
• Clicking 'Full Rez textures' in Firestorm > Developer > Rendering.
• Zooming in and out a lot.

I've also tried the store's fatpack demo and found that every other colour loads just fine but it's still this one face in the blue that won't load!

Any ideas??

p.s. Other users with the same item aren't having this problem, so I don't think it's the product.

Since it's a texture-loading issue and textures are stored in their own cache, have you tried clearing your cache?

Thanks! I deleted just the texturecache folder and it's fine now
