Hopefully, chicken karaage for lunch. Japanese fried chicken. I've also been experimenting with freezing bread where you freeze a few slices and then thaw them in the fridge before toasting them. It turned out good. 

Update: chicken karaage lunch was delicious.

ETA: I was taught 30. Blame inflation for 32.

I always thought it was 20. 

And this part bothers me:

With food in your mouth, close your lips and start chewing. Your tongue should move the food from side to side and your jaw should rotate slightly.

This is going to haunt me every time I eat now.
