Maitreya nails issue

I am having problems with the Maitreya hud, specifically changing the shape and colour of the nails, on my left hand only. Specifically, the hand is not responding to the HUD at all.  I have multiple copies all over my inventory and ALL of them have the same problem.  Right hand and both feet are still fine.

I have tried getting a redelivery and using brand new hud and hands, but still no luck even fresh-out-of-the box. I've tried detaching absolutely everything else I am wearing, in case there was some conflict - still no. I have tried re-logging.  And yet, yesterday it was all fine.

Any clues as to what's going on here and how to fix it?

OK I have tried clearing cache (Inventory and viewer cache) and still no luck.

I tried installing a new viewer that I have never used before - that doesn't work either, so it's not a Firestorm issue

Got a third re-delivery - still no.

No more pretty nails... ever?  😢

Okay now this is getting weirder.

I thought I would try the non-bento hands out of the Maitreya box, and they worked. Oh well, I guess I can sacrifice animations for pretty nails.

But the really weird thing is, at one point I happened to be wearing the bento and the non-bento hands at the same time and when I did that, they ALL worked.

It's like the non-bento hand is acting as a relay for the bento one.

So at least I have a work-around. But I would love to hear an explanation for this.

Maybe file a ticket is all I can think of....sounds like a bug or something.

Yeah, and to make it weirder my AO hud is not working.  Other AO'S are working but not my chosen one and I've tried unwearing and wearing it...yada...yada...does NOT work.  

Update:  Okay, rezzed a bunch of copies of my AO'S.  Priority 3'S do not work.  Every once in a while the priority 4 is working out of the new and old copies.

As FairreLilette said, but I would go one better...Contact the CSR's in the Maitreya Lara groups.  They are always helpful and you can also contact the maker as well.  On an afterthought, do you have anything else on your avatar that is new that might be interfering with the hands?

Nothing new, and I did indeed detach absolutely everything else, even the Firestorm bridge. The only attachments on me were maitreya-made and brand new delivery.

I don't know if any of this is related but I talked to Firestorm support and they told me to contact the creator which I did and am waiting now because my AO even says now "no stands are configured" or some such message.  

Baffling.

If the creator can't resolve...I will file a ticket because I did a character test and rebuilt my whole avatar too.  

I even rezzed the AO and took it back into inventory...nothing yet of all the troubleshooting seems to be helping.

Mystery is solved (thanks to one of the Maitreya CSRs) She teleported me to her workplace on Maitreya Isle and it all worked fine there, and it also works at my friend's home in Bellisseria, so it looks like a region issue with my home region.  Given that the problem started some time shortly after Tuesday's rolling restarts, it looks like something got messed up with the region.

Oh, that's wonderful!  I just teleported to a different region and my AO IS working now.

How to fix our regions now...what do we do to report it?

If you're on mainland, submit a support ticket to Linden Lab. If you're on private estate, ask your Estate Manager to restart your region.

Funny thing, yesterday I (in-world) bumped into the very same Linden who dealt with my support ticket on this, and I thanked her for dealing with it so efficiently and quickly. She said, "Well, we try to deal with them within 48 hours but it's not always possible," and I was like... "wow, mine was fixed in less than two!"

In all my 11 years in SL that's the first time I've ever used a support ticket and I am thoroughly impressed.
