Ban mute block and give him no attention.  Make sure you have banned him from your club group too.  If you don't give him any attention he will get bored and move on.  If it is more of a problem than him just saying some things then file a clear and concise abuse report.   Be aware when LL investigate any abuse reports you will not be told the outcome of their findings.
