seeking scripter for new project

Looking to have a function created which would operate as follows

1. Avatar would click on prim in world
2. Avatar would select a tag from a menu (same tags as listed in associated group)
3. Avatar ID and tag data would then be passed to the group
4. Automation would then locate member and change tag accordingly.

I understand that a bot maybe required in order to facilitate this process, if you have an interest in this please contact me to discuss
