Yes, but you wouldn't want them on your parcel. They are not too attractive and they like to kill you. (They might make good security, though!)

I think them missing the floor textures and roof was a goof -- they put all of the houseboat textures, inside and outside, into the pack (excluding the dock texture).  We've asked for an updated House texture pack to include the missing floor textures and the roof, but I'm guessing they've just been too busy focused on new regions to get back to updating the existing texture pack and pushing it to the mailboxes -- though i'm having a hard time seeing how such an update could be much work for anyone.  I'm still hopeful that we will get them eventually though.
