If you looking for a quite area with some community amenities please come visit us. We are a tight group who enjoy our quite home spaces but we also like to gather around the sim for hang out time. The sim currently hosts a BDSM club that has great events. We are also currently working on some other hang out areas and a wedding venue. We invite you to come see the area and hang out anytime.

All parcels except the Houseboats you will have full parcel management access. To start your rent you pay the rental mailbox in front of the parcel you want then purchase the land for L$1.
