If there was a $1.00 charge only, that was a test transaction that is made when you first register your card with LL. It is not a real transaction, and will be quickly reversed. However, if the transaction fails, your card will not be accepted by LL. They don't take most debit cards or prepaid cards. 2. If your card was charged for the amount of your purchase, perhaps you made a Best Rate Buy (Limit Buy). This is not a purchase; it's an OFFER to purchase, at a rate of exchange you specify. Your money is placed in "escrow" until the exchange rate matches the rate you've offered. If the rate you have offered is unrealistic, that will never happen, and your order will never be filled. Currently, a "realistic" rate is around $L262-263 per $1.00 USD. If you get tired of waiting for your order to be filled, you can cancel the order, and the money will be placed into your $USD Balance for future use. I am used to not do offer and buy with the current limit. The credit card message is (translate) "we have found suspicius translation on your credit card. Some credit cards will flag transactions with Linden Research, Inc. as potentially suspicious. I would call the credit card company (the number on the back of the card) and if the transaction was not completed, also call LL's Billing number at 800-294-1067.
