Looking for Script Access modify

Recommended Posts

I have made couple objects with scripts that have open accesses effects that trigger when you click on them. I am just learning to write code. So I have a big learning curve, yet I'm hungry! so I want to add a script that almost like collar that has options like access open, closed, add access to the object, maybe a scan that can easily add access to the user that wants someone to use it. Anyone can help point me to the right direction?

You'll have to learn about lists for storage, keys (UUIDs), script "events", llDialog for menus, llSensor for detecting things nearby, and potentially other things (like variables, types, and functions) based on how little experience you already have.

If you're a complete beginner, I would warn you that this might be too big of a project to start with. A dialog menu on its own can be quite a complex thing to learn how to do.
