Intan Dance System Issue

I have an Intan Dance ball with animations loaded. When I click on it, I get the standard local chat msg that tells me to wait for permission to animate. But, that dialog box never pops up. A friend tried it and got the same lack of action. If I edit the object and reset the scripts, then the dialog box pops up. But, when I say it's okay to animate, nothing happens even if I click on the ball again. No pose balls appear. 

I own the object and it's rezzed on group-owned land. Could that be the issue? Do you have to deed to the group for it to work?

No debug error msg happens at any point. It just doesn't function.

never encountered that problem, but perhaps try it.. if not working re rezz it so it has the deeding undone.
If keeping problems, i'm pretty sure there are usergroups inworld with a lot more experience for the specific product than most forummers

Someone did help me inworld from the group. Had to go to the web control panel and hit reset. Now it works!
