How does a Premium Member go about getting a "NEW" free home????

I have been a Premium Member for well over 10 years now, and yet I have absolutely no idea of how to get a new home.  Linden Labs has released countless new homes, yet, every time I go to try to get on, I can only access the same old ones through my account page.  Can anyone shed some light on this problem?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Everything you need to help you is in the linden homes forums but due to their popularity, as soon as a house or houseboat becomes available it is snapped up
