Mesher Needed for Project

I am looking for an experienced mesher who can make the outfit below and give me an idea of how much it will run me. I am looking for it to be FULL perm with all of the maps, UV, etc. I am an an experienced texture designer but I do not have the skills to make the models and mesh itself. If there is anyone out there that can help me out that can make this, or know someone that can please let me know.

I want the outfit to be in three pieces if possible. The Helm, Top, Bottoms [boots included in bottom] The helm I want where it is optional to wear the mask. Sword does not need to be included. And I would appreciate if it can be set for mesh bodies. Such as Jake, Aesthetic, Gianni, Slink, etc.  Please get back to me at earliest convenience.
