Cant get rid of visable texture map on head

Hey guys, I just made a female alt and shes comming together.

I bought  a Lelutka head. which looked great untill I started playing out with the settings. Somehow I managed to get this texture map onto her face and I just can't get rid of it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I haven't used my (male) Lelutka head for some time now, but my suggestion would be to clear the 'tattoo' and 'face' areas of the head. That looks like a demo overlay that's been added to that area instead of being baked onto the skin.
