How can I transfer a written book from sl to a hard copy in the real world?

How does one take a book or books written in Sl and retrieve them in real ... I have been writing a series of books since 2014 and want to make into hard copy...How do I do this?

copy paste? ..., or if it are notecards it's perhaps possible to save directly, but will be in a horrible format i'm affraid.
