How do I reactivate a market place account?

 I have a Marketplace account with six items it it. I haven't used it in years and the small amount of money  I received from sales was so small that I stopped looking at it. I assume that  they have ben a few sales, but  my email address changed.  Although SL has the correct email now , I don't think that that information was transferred to  Marketplace.  

 I have  a new item that I wish to sell and  would like to restart my marketplace  account.  Can someone contact me  or post  the correct method that I should use?

you don't need to reactivate it, it's  connected to your inventory.
