adult Hiring all positions at The Event Stage

The Event Stage is hiring ALL positions (Managers, DJs, Hosts, & Dancers).

We are a adult themed quarter sim, that welcomes nudity, voice, and adult activity. We have two event areas, a indoor industrial warehouse as our main club space, and a outdoor party deck. As of right now we have events 4 nights a week from Wednesday - Saturdays 4-10pm. As business grows we will have the potential to expand to other days or longer hours.

These are the positions we are looking for:

Manager:

• Help run the club with other managers while working under the owners leadership.
• Make sure events run smoothly
• Make sure all positions are covered for every shift
• hold staff accountable for their actions 
• Assist with scheduling
• Assist in running social media platforms (Flickr, Facebook, Discord, Web Press)
• Find new staff to hire and interview for DJ's, Dancers, and Hosts
• Assist with any issues with guests
• Keep record of dancer hours
• Payment will be discussed at time of interview

DJ:

• Scheduled Sets (option to be a fill in only)
• 100% tips
• Dedicated host for each set time
• 2 hour sets
• Play whatever you want, no restrictions on music genres
• One themed event a month that will be discussed with management

Host:

• Scheduled Sets (option to be a fill in only)
• 100% tips
• Dedicated DJ for each set time
• 2 hour shifts
• Post events in SL Events
• Post notice at the beginning of a set and at halftime
• Engage group conversation
• Greet all guests
• Keep guests informed about group, club events, and social media
• Keep the conversation going (there are things to help you: trivia ball, truth ball, etc)

Dancer:

• 100% tips
• YOU pick your hours
• 2 hour sets
• Required to work one set a week, must work 4 in total per month
• Keep crowd engaged
• Flirting is highly suggested
• EMOTE and STRIP
• Dress in theme when called for
