charged by sl and did not get e mail

look at your accountpage if (1) your transaction went ok ... and (2) if your premium is paid ... ánd(3) if your account shows if you'r premium.
1 if not .. 2 qnd 3 will have failed
1 if yes check 2
if 2 is no 3 will have failed too
if 2 is yes check 3
if 3 is no, send a support ticket as most likely the live chat won't be available because thats a premium feature.

i you only want to know if it succeeded you dont need to call the bank but look at your accountpage.
If you don't get a email from SL, check your spamfolder(and your email settings, again on the accountpage)

That charge will probably be a bank fee for converting the transaction into your own currency, not a charge by Linden Lab. It will appear on your bank statement but not your SL transaction history, because Linden Lab does not receive that charge.
