Can't Switch Groups

I'm using Firestorm and I can't switch active groups. I have to log out and open up SL viewer to activate another group. Than I can go back to firestorm and the new group is active. It doesn't seem to matter which group is active. It will not change in Firestorm. Any idea what could be causing this?

Most likely you have RLVa active on Firestorm and not on your SL viewer, perhaps a collar prevents you from changing active groups.

RVLa is located at Preference > Firestorm > Extras > Allow Remote Scripted Viewer Controls (RLVa)

The best place to ask is in the Firestorm support group.  You might also try using the linden Lab viewer, to double check whether it's a problem with Firestorm or something with either your account or your computer.

Thank you Kardargo! That was it. Not sure why RLV was blocking. I'm the only owner on my collar, but it worked! Thanks again!
