From the looks of it, your account has a past due balance.  You should probably check to be sure that your payment method is still valid and that it has a balance sufficient to pay the amount that is due.  Linden Lab will automatically charge your payment method for the renewal fees, but if the payment method is no longer valid or cannot pay the bill, the charge will fail.  My guess is that's what has happened.

Are you outside the US?

A friend was locked out for weeks due to LL not properly processing funds from a bank in Scandinavia. Despite letters from the bank to LL, the problem took weeks to clear up. She lost her oceanfront parcel and her in-world store was out of business for weeks.

LL really needs to get properly plugged into the major non-US payment systems. And no, that does not mean making people use PayPal. That's Tilia's job.

That's what ^^.  As I said, it looks like your Premium membership was supposed to renew automatically, but Linden Lab did not receive payment from the source that you registered as your payment method.  So, either that payment method is no longer valid or you do not have sufficient funds in it to pay the bill.

Apparently not. You may have intended to cancel it, but never told Linden Lab, or you didn't complete the process.  In any case, nobody here in this forum can solve the problem for you.  We are all residents, like you.  All we can do is recommend submitting a support case to explain what you believe has happened.

@nhr1241,

The rules are very simple.

When you sign up for a Premium membership, you agree that LL can continue to charge you every month (or every quarter, or once a year, depending on the payment plan you chose).  On the monthly plan, you pay $11.99 per month.

You registered a payment method...a credit card, or a PayPal or Skrill account.  When your membership comes up for renewal each month, LL charges that payment method.

If your card goes past its expiration date, or if your PayPal account doesn't have any money in it, when LL goes to charge you, the charge fails and they don't get paid.

After 90 days of this, LL puts your account on hold until you pay your overdue account balance.

Since you can't log in, you need to follow the link that LL gave you and file a support ticket.  If you can't, you can create another account, an "alt".  Simply sign up for SL again the way you did initially.  Then use the alt account to log in and file the support case.  Be sure to give the username of your main (blocked) account in the support case.

Or, you can try calling Billing.  Use this number: 800-294-1067 or 703-286-6277

If you don't want to be a Premium member any longer, you can downgrade your account to Basic, to avoid future charges.  But you'll have to pay your past due balance and get your account reinstated first.

this is wrong information to give because LL will not take money from a new payment method after/while being on hold so is also said already in the support ticket. In the account is a direct link to pay the due amount :

you have been enabled to log in to secondlife.com and pay your balance due with a credit card, PayPal, or Skrill account before your account will be fully enabled for "in world" use.

/me laughs. See the tree text that says submit a support ticket? That page you screenshot will go there automatically. if you cannot figure that out then no one here can help. Seriously.

Good that you've submitted the ticket. I don't know about this specific issue, though whenever I've submitted a ticket it usually takes at least a day or two or three. Depending of the problem, it was either fixed quickly, or I needed to provide additional information (which you can do by replying to the email).

I can only say this: if they need more information, give it to them, be polite, remember that you are only one person and they deal with hundreds of people each day. I wish you good luck in resolving your case.
