my animation not seen by my partner in same room

I use a poseball to lay down on the floor.  My partner in same room sees me still standing.  I log off and back on same problem.  My partner logs off and back on they see me laying on the floor.....as long as we both stay logged in all animations seen by both of us.  We both have mesh bodies and AOs are off.  Both of us use latest firestorm viewer......not all animations dont work......some seen by us both other objects animations unseen by partner......so some work correctly and some dont until my partner logs off and back on again.

Sounds like lag, when it comes to load the animation. Happens to me quite often, no matter where i am and despite the fact i have a pretty decent internet connection.
