perhaps you'r not aware but those floating for sale signs are AR'ble, not allowed to use.

no, I never heard of that, and I can't imagine why. The signs aren't nearly as ugly as most of the things I see on the mainland parcels. Signs are easy to derender, if they bother you, though.
