Windows 8 Update broke sl voice for me

A windows 8 update seems to have broken sl vice forme. Whats weird is that it seems to right itself sometimes. I'll get a windows  pop up window that says "windows has detected an app and blocked do you wan to run sl voice.exe?" or something to that effect. When i click " allow" , voice will work until the next login. And then not work next login.Regardless of viewer.

 

I have a feeling its the windows firewall even though i have allowed it in the windows firewall tab under "let an app through"

 

Starting to think I'm just screwed. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance
