According to the Firestorm viewer download page, Mac OS X 10.9 is the oldest operating system that is supported by this viewer. You are running Mac OS X 10.7.5 "Lion", or about two years older than the supported requirement. You either have to upgrade your operating system to at least Mac OS X 10.9 "Mavericks" or find another viewer than can run on that older operating system.

You have a Mid 2011 MacBook Air (4,2) running Mac OS Lion (10.7) which is not supported by Firestorm.

Your Mac is too old to run the current version of macOS (Catalina, 10.15) but it should be able to run High Sierra (10.13) if you have enough free disc space for the upgrade. Firestorm will run under High Sierra.

Here's how to upgrade...

Good luck, Renee! And be ready for a bit of learning as you bump into all the improvements in macOS since 2011.
