And the Control Panel seems to be broken. I don't know who I contact to help me resolve the issue. Any ideas or direction would be appreciated. 0 Rolig Loon Posted July 29, 2019 Share Posted July 29, 2019 (edited) My guess is that you received one of the first-generation homes, simply because the second generation (current) models are still quite hard to get. If so, then just contact Live Chat and ask them to fix the control panel. They are experts at doing that sort of thing. If you actually do have a second generation home -- congratulations! -- try rezzing a new copy of the same home, using your mailbox. It will replace the existing home exactly, even remembering the colors you applied to the walls, but shouldn't have a jammed control panel.
