Need help with Hairbase I just got

I just bought this hairbase, its exactly what I want, but it has these "seams" that I can't figure out how to get rid of.

I've attached pictures to illustrate my problem. Can anyone please help?

Talk to the person that made it. I assume you have read the included note cards.
