Login Failed - Aditi / Beta

I can not log in to aditi, the following message always appears:

Login Failed.

Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong.

Please check http://status.secondaditi.net to see if there is a known problem with the service.

If you continue to experience problems, please check your network and firewall setup.

I'm having the same issue. Been having it for days now.

I think the login server bonked or something. I thought it was my firestorm bugging until I tried it on the regular SL Viewer and it didn't work either.

And same here, goes on for days already, I downgraded firestorm, (clean install), installed the official viewer, removed all sl related files, including temporary etc, reboot modem, pc,  Builders Brewery said it is an FS issue and advised me to downgrade. But the result remains the same. Login failed. Despite our best efforts etc etc.

 Someone filed already a JIRA, but until now no reaction from LL.

Ahh so that's how it works!   I wish support told me to file a BUG or something instead of telling me that Linden Labs doesn't have anything to do with the beta servers that one time....

I use firestorm, and I'm facing that problem now as well.

It is working for some people. You do need to send in a support ticket now if you haven't been to the beta grid before and let them know you want to log in.  If you have logged into Aditi before then try here as I just checked and it is working.

 

However, there have been other reports of people not being able to get in for some while so it may be inaccessible for some right now. Again a support ticket is your only option.

As I understand the reports so far Login to Aditi is only possible for those accounts that have been set up in the past by LL.  They are currently unable to copy and sync new accounts to Aditi but there has been no significant news about this since the last GSP post on this issue:

and there they say the resolution will take "several weeks".  Now that was at the beginning of December so several appears to be a largish number!

This is beginning to look like the map tile issue, that is the solution "is coming" but don't hold your breath!

Reading between the lines, it looks as though this issue is another where the recoding is more complex than LL had realised.
