Buying a land

Can a non-premium member, buy a land from a person from these forums? I'm really bad at lands and stuff, thus, asking out of curiosity. Thank you.

Yes you can, but it will have to be land which is located on a private estate.
Non-premium members can not buy land on the mainland, although they would still be allowed to rent it from the owner.

You can "buy" parcels on a private estate without premium membership. But you will still have to pay a weekly or monthly rent to the estate owner to use the land.

So on mainland when you buy a parcel your premium membership covers the tier(rent) if the parcel is 1024sqm or less. If it is more than 1024 then you pay the additional tier to the Lindens.

Whereas on a private estate your monthly rent is paid to the estate owner who is just another resident who purchased the entire  estate (region) from the Lindens and who they themselves pay the Lindens a monthly tier fee.

getting premium and buying land on the mainland cost more upfront but cost less monthly

buying land from somebody other than Linden Labs you're taking a risk not everybody is out to rip you off but they can if they want they might take your money and banned you off their land

so when you get land from somebody else don't pay more than a month

also if it cost more than 7000L a week don't pay more then one week at a time

also would be easier to help you if we had an idea of what kind of land you were looking for and how much

I don't expect anyone to pay for more than a week at a time (though it's an absolute thrill if they do).  You need that time to be sure you're going to be happy.
