Attempted Login- Says Account on Hold

Have tried to log in to my main account (Using a back up right now) and it states on the website that my account was placed on hold, have submitted ticket for this to be worked on but have not heard anything at all from them as to what made it locked. From what I am thinking it may be due to not logging in for 6 months but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this. If you have then please give me hope that it isn't due to some billing issue (which I shouldn't have at all); Thanks so much for the help.

There are several things that can cause LL to put your account on hold.  Exactly what the reason is, we have no way to tell.  You've done all you can, by submitting a support ticket.  Now you'll have to be patient.
