I can not reset my password, the email is right .. but it does not appear ... but if I ask for the name of the correct one, when I ask to reset my password, the page takes me to a completely blank page and I do not receive email some, but when I run the name it works normally, and I forgot the password, I'm using this account to ask for help, but it's another email and another account ...
