how does the group bonus work

with my premium I'm also planning to buy 5120 meters of land but I'm going to deed it to a group so how is the bonus work with that

so how much more land can I add on before I'm forced to pay more I'm the owner of the group by the way

To get up to 5120, it'll take a 4096 tier level in addition to the premium bonus 1024.

If that's all you were going to buy, you could buy it first and then deed the land to group, because you don't actually need the group bonus to be able to own all that land.

Because you want to own more, though, you should just donate all the tier to the group first and then use "Buy for Group" which will leave another 512 sq.m. of group-bonus-applied tier available to buy additional land for the group. (512 is 10% of 5120, corresponding to the group bonus.)
