I don't understand the question.  You don't "download the grid,"  so I don't know what you are trying to do.  When you log in with your viewer, you are in the main grid. JUdging from your other posts recently, it sounds like you probably need to read

@DIPPY17 When you ask a technical question include information about the computer and viewer. Use the viewer's HELP->About... to gather the info and paste it here.

If English is a second language, you can write in your native language. We will use Google Translate to read it. So, use good grammar to help Google.

I think the question evolved from “what is the best viewer” to “how do I download the [viewer] (‘grid’)”..for a Mac..

big difference is, this person isn't new and comes with the same caps questions every holiday, creating new accounts, post often in her old own threads so it's pretty clear who it is.
