currently renting out a 2048 sqm beach land! L$1k a week for 700 prims. There's a house already rezzed (ROOST Arden Point House, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom) but you could of course drop your own house. There's NO community lag, lots of privacy, and lots of space. You have full rights to the stream, you can get it decorated, and you can get it landscaped, it's yours! I can do a light landscape for L$500.
