   I know that, considering my generally glum and cynical outlook on things, it might seem a contradiction to my nature to suggest that some soft skills may be in order when trying to recruit employees. My comment wasn't intended to be purely critical sarcasm, but rather constructive; I'm sure that you'll get some interest through the information given (then again, it's the Inworld Employment board - you might well get someone to volunteer to be your latex-clad private housemaid for L$50 per hour if you supply the uniform and instruct them to just run an animation or two for a few hours). But I think that you would get a more competent and genuinely interested work force if you used the 'nature' of the event as a selling point rather than a mystery meat. There are so many different kinds of events it could be, musical events, shopping events, role play events, theatrical events - if you want professionalism and experience in the people who apply, throw as much information as you can on them.

   That is, of course, my humble opinion. If you'd rather just throw it against the wall to see what sticks, good luck.

Requirements:

*Previous event planning experience
*Must be older then 2 years old SL
*Someone with Google drive experience
*Customer service experience.
*Creative
*Rp knowledge

Expectations:

*Good communication skills.
*Ability to fulfill tasks and duties with little to no guidance.
*Versatile and ability to adjust to situations
*Ability to problem solve
*Plan between 6-20 events a month with manager.

Pay and bonuses:

*L$500 a week
*Bonuses based on performance and work
*5-10% tips from events they host

Requirements:

*Previous hosting experience
*Must be older then 4 months old SL
*Someone with Google drive experience
*Customer service experience.
*Friendly and engaging
*Rp knowledge

Expectations:

*Good communication skills.
*To be able to be attentive to guests and draw people into conversation
*Versatile and ability to adjust to situations
*Ability to problem solve
*Host no less then 4 events a month.

Pay and bonuses:

*L$250 per event
*Bonuses based on performance and work
*15% tips from events they host
