Downgrading Private Full Region Sim to Homestead

Have a question to even see if this doable... is it possible to downgrade a current full region sim to a homestead sim?

I haven't seen any information from Linden Lab on this, so you'd have to ask them. I'm sure you'd need to have another full region in order to do so, since you can't own a homestead without also owning a full region.
