I am looking for a business partner to start a special project - it is exclusive members only high-end adult club across whole sim. This sim will be landscaped professionally to include roads, beaches, gardens, forest/mountain settings - it is to give customers the best possible realistic experience so that they can spend time in the sim activities. The partner is required to share the cost while sharing income. Also, I am open to hear suggestions, more ideas. If interested please do contact me.
