Name change for a private region

How does one go about changing the name of their private region?

Under Concierge Support,  Submit a Support Case (<- click on this), choose Land and Region for the Issue Type, then say what you want (change the region name from "x" to "y") in the field for describing the issue. I think it costs $50 to change the name.
